Anyone had issues with panel not connecting to the cloud when the ISP and router is changed to a new provider?  Home hub and everything else connects apart from alarm, any advice appreciated.

So panel connects to router ok?

Lots of problems with latest BT home hub and some CCTV recorders. We had a problem with plusnet too, with HKC cloud

yes no problem and we can ping the IP address, have tried static IP and now gone back to dynamic.

I have no idea with this kit just guessing

connected originally on ADSL plusnet router with static WAN IP now upgraded to fibre and using a VIGOR DrayTek

may be need to do a clean install and hope that resets everything.

You ping from external connection to the port or just the ip.?

no internally from a computer to the IP address
