  1. no internally from a computer to the IP address
  2. may be need to do a clean install and hope that resets everything.
  3. connected originally on ADSL plusnet router with static WAN IP now upgraded to fibre and using a VIGOR DrayTek
  4. yes no problem and we can ping the IP address, have tried static IP and now gone back to dynamic.
  5. Anyone had issues with panel not connecting to the cloud when the ISP and router is changed to a new provider? Home hub and everything else connects apart from alarm, any advice appreciated.
