Rather than buying the kit yourself and trying to find someone to fit it you would be better off getting someone that knows what they are talking about to give you a proper survey and quote. it will be more than your budget though.

Doesn't the hik app allow you to select which scale you want to watch?

Thanks for all the useful info still considering what to do got another quote but yes it's a lot more expensive than the last quote.

Live view is either main stream or sub stream.

 

Playback is always main stream.
