can anyone recommend a wired alarm system?

Featured Replies

hello

I am looking to change my home intruder alarm, due a spate of attempted break ins in my area (around 10 in 3 days). currently have a veritas 8 but looking to change. looking for a midrange ££ system.

I would like motion sensors, door and window sensors.

also, do any wired systems provide sms alerts if the alarm is triggered?

thanks a lot

Is your existing system faulty or is the coverage not adequate?

Are you looking for someone to install a system or DIY?

The Honeywell G4 Accenta is a good alarm. Commonly used for most home installations and good support and help if you need. You can buy the PIR's, window and door detectors as additions to the alarm panel.

for a domestic, the veritas r8 is a good panel. you dont need to change it imo. just add to it.
