March 3, 20179 yr comment_459836 Hi I've installed a complete wifi and managed to get it working on the app but it won't connect remotely. I've set up the port forwarding on bt smart hub but it's still the same. I've spoken to texecom and get the same answer it's the port forwarding!! I'm wondering whether I've missed something somewhere. I'm totally at a loss now and would appreciate any help!! Thanks in advance.. March 4, 20179 yr comment_459905 It sounds like port forwarding, I would assume the router isn't setup correctly. March 4, 20179 yr Author comment_459907 Thanks for the reply. It's on 10001 tcp and set to the ip address linked to the com wifi I've even tried renaming it. I've deleted and done it again several times. It's weird it's as if the bt smart hub is not so... March 4, 20179 yr comment_459910 If it's open then it's likely a setting in the app or the settings in Program Digi then.
