Only thing I can't guess is the gateway... Iv4 gateway suggests end .0 and LAN gateway .255 at the end... I've tried both to no avail. Will also look into the port scanner I gather arc is entirely different to the app? Will I likely need it if the new app lives up to expectation? I've set up the arc, created the account, updated the panel, turned digi on, set poll ip... sixwheeledbeast Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Follow the instruction in the manual, if test call fails try changing polling time to 1 min, wait 10 mins then see if this has changed to 15. 1animal1 Posted November 17, 2016 Author Share Posted November 17, 2016 So today's state of play. We have notifications going to my mobile but the app is still showing purple when operating remotely. I've double, triple checked everything... It has come up with a warning though saying the app isn't encrypted, and there's two encryption codes on the udl page of the app....
