September 7, 20169 yr comment_449957 Hi .can someone help please as I've not come across this fault before. I have a menvier T690R fitted with 14 wireless zones but it's coming up with low battery on zones 16 and 22 which are unused zones. I tried to contact cooper- menvier earlier on today only to be told they don't support this panel any longer so any help would be great full Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40416-member-t690r/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 September 7, 20169 yr comment_449959 Its an ancient panel that runs on 433Mhz, however, interference or not, it seems odd that an unused zone can alarm... I would suggest a complete factory reset and reprog, sadly So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40416-member-t690r/#findComment-449959 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 September 8, 20169 yr comment_449962 I have had this fault before and after re programming the system all was fine until 3 months later when it happened again. I would suggest an upgrade to a newer panel. I can't even recommend upgrading to newer Eaton stuff because the shape of the devices has now changed and still only 1 way... September 8, 20169 yr comment_449966 Texecom Elite Ricochet every time. I'd steer clear of the wireless external sounders though. I've had a couple of problems with them. The Texe keypads look very Menvier, so you won't need to decorate:) Jim Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40416-member-t690r/#findComment-449966 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
