PeterJames
Sometimes a complete cold start will default it, down power open it up remove battery wait a couple of hours for the caps to discharge, power up without battery, try default passwords admin 1234, or admin admin, or admin password. If none of those work through in bin and buy a new one.

J&D Security
Call the manufacturers tech support. They may be able to help get you back in, but may only talk to someone in the trade. Quote janddsecurity@live.co.uk
