spuis Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Hi all, I have installed a honeywell galaxy flex V3 and everything works like a charm. While using it we are running into some trouble where hopefully someone can help: When the alarm is set and we enter via the front door, we would like the keypad to beep as a reminder the alarm is set. At the moment it remains silent and we forget the alarm is set, only to be reminded by a lot of noise after 30 seconds entry timer. al-yeti Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Keypads normally have a volume control to give you the tones and the speaker connection is for the internal sounder aswell as the entry tones and set tone Perhaps volume is set to off , what keypad is it ? It is possible you havnt set the zones up correctly aswell, front door should be set as a "final" zone type , but sound asthough you have no exit time either?
