August 3, 201510 yr Author comment_426154 Yes I do, that's what I meant. Does your incoming line say 1 for sales, 2 for service, 3 for accounts etc James? I am looking at a swap of phone companies, from BT to a more friendly local provider and while I am at it give people options when they call in. for many reasons, which I won't bore you with, this would suit the way our company functions. Do companies usually charge extra for this service or is it something that can be programmed fairly easily in house? August 4, 201510 yr comment_426176 Yes using FreePBX to do the whole lot, and running it all on a Raspberry pi. The new ones are so relatively powerful you can make 10 simultaneous SIP calls give or take, it also takes a USB dongle so I now pay nothing to forward to giffgaff. So impressed I'm considering selling them, making the money on the customisation and maint etc... So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/38882-automated-options/#findComment-426176 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
