Hi all, 

 

Thought I'd join this forum as I've been working in alarms for 3 years, I'm 24 years old and have a good understanding of pricing/ installations and system faults.

 

I was an installation engineer for a year, then a service and breakdown for the next two.

 

My favourite alarm panel is Texecom (Premier and Veritas) 

 

During the time of being a breakdown engineer I learnt Menviers, Honeywell (Galant and Galaxy), Aritech, Scantronic and Ademco.

 

I also doddled in CCTV and door access.

 

I now work as a resolve technician, giving help over the phone and sending the call out engineer if an attendance is required.
