I have just recently moved into a new house with a Aritech cs350 alarm system installed. The landlord does not know the code(s) to the system.

 

It's also flashing "low battery".

 

Can anyone suggest how I could reset the code for the system so that I can use it myself? Is there a helpdesk or something I can call?

 

Also if the battery dies will the alarm start going off? I won't have the code to stop this if it does!

The best thing to do would be to contact the company that installed it and get it serviced along with a new battery.Low battery sounds like it's been neglected for quite some time and could do with a good check over before you use it incase it has faults and id forever false alarming.

Explain to the surveyor you wan't to delete the old codes and use new ones.

Or ask the landlord to!
