Hi,

 

I'm after some advice, having looked at the Menvier SD3 which i have been told is compatible with the 9751, i'd like to ask if others have could recommend anything else? The SD3 is obviously a decent piece of kit but its got a hefty price tag to boot.

 

I'm only after something to send out a text message on activation, i don't really need to talk to any would be burglars via the phone!

Indeed and I don't think really worth the money as you are putting blind faith that it will actually work especially when you could have a proper arc monitor the alarm for 2 1/2 years for the same money via a GPRS only connection.

Both cheap enough to fit for any installation, txt and dialup done together don't trust gsm on its own

But like the man said if you setup it up you could arc it instead
