Hi All

I have just moved into a property that has an abacus 6/14 alarm system installed, but no manuals - I don't even have the user code, never mind an engineer code, I would like to reset this system and start from scratch, can anyone PM me with the installer manual please?

The installer manuals are only available to installers I'm afraid. The age of that panel is be looking at binning it and starting again.

That makes me feel very very old :( I remember when that panel first came out. Decent bit of kit back in the day.

Have a look at the bell box it may have the installers name and phone number on it give them a call they will be able to default the user codes for you
