I'm looking for a free app that will allow the editing of excel spreadsheets. Any suggestions please? :)

We use dropbox and then open them in ibooks

I second this, drop box is very handy, its also backed up securely on their servers.

I know a few security companies using cloud solutions including email. I wouldn't be at all comfortable with that. My data, my servers, my data centre.
