if we go on long haul she will read, same for on the beach - which at least stops here ruddy knitting.

for that alone it has to be readable in bright daylight and with acceptably similar battery life to the paper ones

Fire has the ability to go to black background and white text which is fine in the sun.

Batt has had one charge since Thursday but only on for a few hours at a time.

Not got the month of the standard ones for sure, but then again you can surf and mail, use apps ect.

As above great value for the price.

I reckon 12 - 18 hours in one go if not using all the apps and wireless.
