Thanks for your help anyway. To cap it off I will wire tamper in series. If but any chance it still does not work, the only thing it could be is the current consumption, which can hopefully be cured by the jumper being moved to scb. Will post results

Ok. Why does the deltabell have two tampers? Is it as you state to be used when wiring 2 bells?

Also any one know exactly what the fault terminals are? I think they can be wired into a zone or something.

Yeh that's how it is. It comes with a wire link from a tamper to eng hold off if I can remember. So tamper feed is solely for use for wiring two bells? As it says to link tamper feed to 0v

The link wasn't a core it was like a metal staple? Yeh it was new.
