I know you didnt Andrew, But im not wasnt going to mention how the Bonus is paid. It apears someone has been banking on it, which is rather stupid for something that is Optional and especialy as the same person has just cost me £500 because he cant measure properly.

Ah well i have to set a bolls up agaist the stuff they get right.

The major supermarkets work that way.

Staff bonus - per store - is based on several targets. Obviously, profit margin is one of them. A real killer for them is wastage, whatever that may be (theft, damage, stupidity, inefficiency etc etc) one person fecks up, they ALL feel it, Manager included. Surprising how big a motivator the wastage measure can be.

Havnt had Tips for years but when i worked for large company best one i  remember doing job in Factory and the Owners house, he took us spin in his new M3 E30 (showing my age)...sideways

...then handed all 3 of us £200 each

 

Today i got £20 on top of the callout from a nice lady
