Last year we did cassino and Airkix. If you get the chance do the Airkix. Annual do is oppertunity for wives to give me a verbal on where ive gone wrong LOL Customers! It apears someone has been banking on it, which is rather stupid for something that is Optional and especialy as the same person has just cost me £500 because he cant measure properly. Obviously, profit margin is one of them. A real killer for them is wastage, whatever that may be (theft, damage, stupidity, inefficiency etc etc) one person fecks up, they ALL feel it, Manager included.
