November 11, 201213 yr comment_294139 Access controll, attendance controll, visitors counting and etc. I'm running a small sw development company and investors are insisting to increase the products range. The budget for the new product is limited, so I'll have to choose. Please give me your feedback. Can this products be demanded? Which one may be demanded more? May be other ideas? Any other recommendations? Thanks, - Vladimir. November 12, 201213 yr comment_294177 It depends on what sort of que you are happy with, bio metrics are still a bit slow to be using for time and attendance. I would only really consider bio for projects where you need to be sure of who it is rather than what time they got there. November 12, 201213 yr comment_294202 A biometric finger reader I wired up a while back for a mate is now giving the usual issues with cold weather and needs two or three "reads" to recognise the user. The facial recognition on my Laptop works great in good light, if it dims a bit I have to go back to passwords!!!
