With bell and strobe there are 2 outputs you need to programme them on the panel side.

connections on pcb in control panel: com a/t, zone connectors, aux power 12v and 0v, op1, op2 op3, TR, speaker + and -. also 4 connections for keypad.

+ > 12v

- > 0V

Bell > OP1

STB > OP2

T > TR

You will have to make sure OP1 and OP2 are programmed correctly.
