Could someone help me factory rest the G2-20, as I don’t have the engineer code to reprogram the pane.

In case you wondering why...bought it off ebay code supplied doesn’t work and can’t return as it was sold as seen.

Unfortunatly a manual wont give you the info you need. I can only suggest going to a local specialist to unlock it like you would a mobile phone. Not sure what a specialist would charge to unlock a board for you. But maybe you can off load it sold as seen to some other poor person on ebay?
