No we have our own api, but I'd use a plugin free java applet.

so the web devleoper guy uses a java applet on their website and he would set this applet up to point at the IP address of the camera?

what I'm trying to work out is who does what here, ie we fit the camera, connect to their network confirm access from outside and then give him the IP address:port no ??

you fit the camera and confirm that you can see it from an outside location (different network from theirs)

Web developer should do the website programming for you.

I know that when we did ours it asked for authentication all the time and the web developer did some javascript on page load to pass these details so the user did not have to enter in user/pass.

But like James says you need to think about bandwidth.

rfs.

You will be limited by upload bandwidth. As i said we have our own system we use. Im assuming you dont.

You can do it as herts says but it will struggle with more than one user, hence why most people do a 60 second image upload
