Help! Using A Pelco Esprit With A Vista Columbus

Featured Replies

Hi, I have currently on a site a vista columbus with remote keyboard, It has a dennard 2060 connected to it via coax telemetry. I would like to add a pelco esprit ptz camera to it...

Anyone any idea how i can do this?

Thanks

Can the columbus do different protocols on its coax ports. Only way i can see is to use a bbv protocol converter. I know a DM can do multi protocol dont know about the vista

Up the Coax on a Colombus is Vista FSK.

It is similar to Pelco-P IIRC, so that will be the protocol on the Dennard.

Why not use another 2060, set-up the same as the one already installed?

Failing that a BBV Converter as mentioned, if the pelco can't do the same tels as the Dennard.
