As you all like a pic, I thought I'd show you these :)

Clever in how it works, bit of an **** to get them happy. There is a switch in each connection unit. Needs to be tensioned up between two contacts, so if wire cut, switch makes one way, if the wore is stretched it pulls the switch the other way, or if bent the wire touches the metal contact you can see above! They go through an analyser type unit, which then connects to the panel.

Its a Gal 60 now, but it started off as a Group 4 alarm back in the mid 70's! (which i suspect these wires are!) Probably one for arf?

Anyone worked on/fitted similar??!
