Hi friends,

I am facing a wired problem. We have been using Ziton ZP5 (MK5) fire alarm system for over 11 years and it was working pretty fine... Our panel is an 8 loop standalone panel. We were not using any point type heat detector as our site does not require it. Now we want to add some point type heat detector we found that ZX832-2 was compatible with all Ziton panel (as per its specification document) and we procured some detctors... But we found a Loop fault problem whenever we connect these detectors in the loop. The cause of the loop fault is V.Ref fault and the first analogue reading was showing only 152 instead of expected value of above 192. We have tried all the possible configuration but could not rectify the problem..

Please give your suggestions...
