This should be connected.

IIRC there are a + Z29 and Z30 - terminals.

You will require the tamper wire (Tamper return) to run though the resistor (and zone) to the negative.

as above. It to protect the sounder. The sounder will sound if you remove power to it, but will not cause the alarm to activate inside as it wont be aware.
