Can any one explain what's happening I use wintex to dial in to the panel I can send ifomation no problem however when I try to upload info the connection drops is there a settingbi have to adjust thanx also how do I enable the online keypad thanx

online rkp is enabled in udl options

do you have adsl on the line ?

No I do not there are adsl filters on the line but adsl is not active

Com 2400 and a built in modem set to generic Hayes config

It happens sometimes, try uploading 1 page at a time
