Internet Eyes, Public Monitoring Solution

i see

But i meant the theory of using people to watch your cctv, ie nosy types. I had a quick look at them, seems you pay them to have access to people cctv then you watch for 'events'. You are then rewarded when you spot and report something. Id assume that both the viewers and those wishing to have their sites viewed will both be paying into the scheme? Bit like an internet neighbourhood watch idea
