March 5, 200917 yr comment_227480 If you do a maint & change batts under an all inclusive (parts) agreement you can carry the batts without licence. If you do same & have to ask customer, your on eggshells. Same applies to eg panels with lead based solder on pcb (prob over 5yo). Way round that is to leave the stuff with customer (who can put it out for landfill without agg). Our wholesalers charge 75p/kg for pcbs btw. It's all BS (not talking standards).
