I am trying to obtain an engineering/user guide for a Comtex Vectra 6+3 alarm panel. I have been installing alarms for over 20 years and have never seen one of these. I have searched the web, asked colleagues and enquired at my local alarm supplier without any luck. It could possibly be a cloneI suppose. The system needs reprogramming and the user code changing but the customer was left no paperwork by the installer when it was fitted ten years ago. Can anybody help?
