December 11, 200817 yr comment_218487 24 Hr cct with chime enabled ?or is that against someones regs and too easy ? Ahh, but then you would get full alarm with system set! (though could omit that zone each time you set system) On a recent scanny could use tech alarm for pulsed tone from keypad when unset & nothing when set, but alert that doorbell pushed whilst you was out. PITA IMO. I'm a bit out of touch but I seem to remember you could program a zone as ET (exit terminate) and program it as chime on some panels. 24 hour is definately not the way to go! December 11, 200817 yr comment_218525 I have a doorbell on my alarm, I put the zone in it's own ward and inverted the zone, works well. I suppose you an only do it on a panel with wards/groups etc? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Life is like a box of chocolates, some bugger always gets the nice ones!
