I shifted a BT inspiration, but need to alter some programming steps, the code has been changed from 1111 and need to reset this can anybody tell me how to default the system so that i can start from scratch.

I can unlock the code, but it does also default the system. Not a huge issue if you do not have a huge address book or complicated ring groups or least cost routing.

I prefer not to give this info out on a forum where it will remain, and actually do charge a small fee to do this.

a small fee is no problem, there is basic programming to re enter.
