How does an unregistered firm get their work monitered by an ARC. Can it be done?

All the ARCs I know will monitor any type of system, intruder, fire, process control etc etc irrespective of the status of the installer.

I do the odd bit of subbying to a local company who use Digis for monitoring domestic installs, they are not a registered company so the ARC only call keyholders in the event of an activation.

Talk to them, tell them what you want and they will quote you a price.

they could, but your market would be limited (maybe to two jobs, assuming your mum hasnt already got a system with someone else)

And what would I need a URN for? Would that be to be down as a keyholder aswell? Otherwise all ok?
