All the ARCs I know will monitor any type of system, intruder, fire, process control etc etc irrespective of the status of the installer. I do the odd bit of subbying to a local company who use Digis for monitoring domestic installs, they are not a registered company so the ARC only call keyholders in the event of an activation.
