your right, theres no requirment to issue a NSI / SSAIB cert, but there is still a requirment to install to EN50131

but is the requirement LEGAL? just like its a legal requirement to test and certificate electrics?

you been talking to BAS again LOL ? legal as in statutary - I doubt it, legal as in negligance claims - oh deffinatly

Either help the guy or not, this is turning into a witch hunt.

Nobody has forced any of you to reply, if you dont like what he is asking, you dont have to reply. Dredging up old posts and having pops at the vetting will not help anyone. The guy was vetted by the old vetting team and whatever there reason he was given trade status, please also remember that every installer starts with only ONE system installed.

Continue this and some of you will get warnings, either help him or ignore him, your choice!
