I have been looking for a system for my father-in-law who lives in an Anexxe attached to our own home. This is the only quote that we have had to date and I would like to know is this the price i will have to pay ?

If you say it is fair then i will have to go with it, if not i will probably look to shop around a bit more.

Any one in our area (Oxford) looking for some extra work please pm me

1 No Control Panel

1 No Key Pad

2 No Passive Infrared Detectors

2 No Door Contacts

1 Transmitter

1 No Internal Sounder

1 No External Sounder SAB

Supply & Install Wire Free Intruder Alarm System

pay a lot less if you lived in Chesterfield

Or leicester

Is This A Fair Price.... Not realy sounds a bit high to me.

That all depends what brand of equipment they are supplying you, it could be a B&Q special, or the crown jewles!?

The company is a local Security Company and i can only presume that they are not going to put in a B&Q set up, but hey who knows.

well ? you should really, whats it say on the system design proposal

A bit high matey.

Get another 2 quotes in. For a system like that we would charge between 575- 675 + vat installed. This would be Gardtec equipment(595 Panel). All wireless excluding the bell and keypad.

For that price i could come down and install the system for you.

I would chuck in 2 x remote key fobs aswell!

ah but he`d have to provide his own broadband filter, they are fitting some form of comms. for that money surely?
