Does anyone possess a fool proof step by step procedure for RedCare set up and installation. We are just about to offer our customers this service. Any advise or pitfalls to avoid would be appreciated.

I would consider setting up systems via EMCS Netport this gives you full web access to site reports etc

In my experience i would at all costs avoiding using this A.R.C ...there are a lot better out there..uk monitoring for one another is securi-guard
