Does your last post mean you set up netport with EMCS

I would consider setting up systems via EMCS Netport this gives you full web access to site reports etc

Used this for a few years and its good

for what its worth il stick my few pence in, never physically used the EMCS netport but have seen a demo of it, good idea in my opinion, saves alot of hassle and hanging on the phone, most engineers carry laptops or pda with some form of web access. Current company uses custodian monitoring services. There are a few out there though

SMS with mass web very good on all accounts Keep track on all info and can remote put on test add/change keyholders and much much more.
