November 21, 200619 yr comment_133266 TBH seen a few bugs with G3 and codes. Inculding Some pre V.5 sounding for an intruder 5 mins after switching off.At one point we couldnt gain access with Engr pin even tho we used manager code to autherise access. Tis when i got to hear about G3 having this Author Code Aka back door. Bob The Galaxy is full of bugs. Try a Texecom Premier. All praise the mighty Texecom. November 21, 200619 yr comment_133295 ahh!! the "G3"! ,we been getting customer phoning up over "beep" and "Alert,Enter Code" which started more customer callout/advice. (i'm refering to galaxy G3.)we even got customer with G2 ringing up saying system won't set with fob but giving aloud beep upon presentation of the fob, which we find that customer not acknowleging the fault/alarm prior to setting!! i thought you set with a code and unset with a fob... this setting with a fob has caused quite a few probs for the galaxy.. whats the latest v software you guys have seen..???ive seen 5.06 tho was promised by honeywell that there were no bugs and it was still 5.01 ....has the rem try been sorted!!!!! November 21, 200619 yr comment_133307 this might sound very stupid, but i'm sure we are only using our 4 digit eng code on grade 3 installs? As do we except we imagine its an old scanny panel The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!
