  1. Early 1996 veritas panels have no NVM protection The part set exit and entry tone is supposed to be a clicking tone and you only get a beep at the last 10 seconds
  2. If not you can add a buzzer in the panel if it has a on board keypad
  3. This can't be changed or altered unless you set the time to 10 seconds or less
  4. The entry tone will be clicking until the last 10 seconds when you get a audible beep This can't be changed unless the entry timer is set to 10 seconds
  5. Unfortunately you can't if you have a tag to let you in engineer I can give you a COTD code the only option is to default and start fresh
  6. They are not eurosec is a Risco product along with other horrible products pyronix are a separate company and are not related
  7. You can set that zone to 13 day alarm and then go to volume control and set day alarm volume to 0 If you want it as a silent HU input set zone to 4
  8. This is nothing compared to a premier shop I did recently system was a texecom Premier elite 48 Psu was on a plug Top and panel was wired into a 40a cooker feed with no fcu or earth Bell box had no battery in it All detectors except front door were disabled 2 PA buttons never wired in And Last but not least it had some crappy gsm SD
  9. OK you have a texecom veritas r8 Looking at the wiring none of the zones are linked out and there's nothing wired to the SW out terminal which is good This most likely narrows the fault down th the pir the eol link on captures are a switch set it to OC OC which is the top option
  10. Have you tried fitting the old PIR temporarily and testing that Are all the other PIRs working ok What panel do you have Is it a veritas as it could be wired to a switched output and or the zone linked out
  11. Panel has a low or flat battery or mains has failed
  12. That's not that bad recently took over a car lot with exterior perimeter protection using interior PIRS
  13. I never had that call out before but I have had lots of business where people bought new houses with non functioning alarms
