Pyronix and Eurosec relations?

I have a small manual for a Eurosec CP8L — so it looks like they manufacture stuff also? Are they known to be poor quality? -
Are the companies Pyronix and Eurosec related? I have what looks like a Pyronix Enforcer control panel, but was also given a Eurosec instruction booklet. Also, looking at the respective websites, they both use the same picture of a house on their homepage.
