On-board 12 zones with the Flex. If you want to expand the FX20, then add a RIO. If you want wireless capability, you cannot mix RIO and RF portal on the FX20 - The Flex is buggy as hell around the virtual RIO config when adding wireless.
My advice would have been to get a Dimension 48 over the Flex panels, but since you've bought already it's too late...
Enter master code. 42.1 (Program users) Select a user account and 'ent' Select option 5 (RF Fob) Press '*' Then press any key on the fob to populate the serial number.
Pretty much what I've seen when looking at security device firmware. No obfuscation or encryption of any constant vectors used. Especially easy to find them when you have an accompanying exe with the same sequence. Pretty sure I could pattern match the executable against a technistore panel binary and have that vector in a couple of minutes.
Virtual RIO addresses are not related to RF Portal addresses.
The virtual RIO address will be the next availableaddress on the system
Menu 51.60.1 to reassign the virtual rio addressing.
For the SHK8M switch 4 (test) in the off position. Set the panel up for learning the RF device serial, install the battery, press the tamper for a few seconds and release.
That's confusing Matt!
The old RF RIO (C076) is seen by the systems as a RIO and is programmed by connecting a keypad locally to its programming header.
There are two RF portal models:
C077 Used on G2 series only and programmed in panel menus.
C079 Used on G2 or Dimension panels and programmed in panel menus.
C079-2 (new rev of C079)
CG, I'm cringing each time you start a new topic...
I've looked at some UDL programs and signalling TCD's, but couldn't bring myself to openly discuss the issues uncovered.
