CCTV, Closed Circuit Tele Vision, is a TV system in which the circuit is closed and all the elements are directly connected i.e. it does not broadcast TV signals to public but transmits them over to desired monitors. CCTV systems provide real time or digitally recorded surveillance information to help in detecting, investigating and providing evidence for security and safety. CCTVhas come a long way in recent years.
