IS DM OWNED BY MICROSOFT...... AS EVERY TIME I GO TO A FAULT ON ONE IT NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPGRADE EVEN THE NEW DS2 NETVU AND ITS ONLY BEEN OUT A MATTER OF MONTHS :hmm: .

Yeah so true, Im mean wasn't XP on daily security updates at the start before SP1 and then it was weekly then monthly then every other day or something stupid like that.

i phoned dm today as we have a customer who has a dm digital sprite the system is a takeover from white group the codes have been programmed inso we cannot change them technical said last week it needs to go back for a reset at a charge ill told the customer and he is happy with that phoned up said how much now get told only the wholesaler who purchased it can send it back. after 20 mins passed from one dept to another listening to elton john i get put through to repairs which is an answer phone.

think i might just sell the customer a new unit at this rate :ranting:

That is disgusting, deplorable and downright unfair......

I mean, Elton John!
