hey i got it wrong.. dark closet!! the G3 box is acctually white with a small grey panel on it.. We have not had it programed to call our number yet.. not sure haow to do it as cannot find manual.. do you think that i should call someone over to have a look at it?.. or to try and type a code into it?.. ;)

It would be money well spent, if you got an engineer out, it should cost about £45 to about £75 for a one off service.

Alarmcall in Beeston would be a good place to look.
