Doing a takeover on a chubb guardall panel. Need to remove potd feature, we have the AVR flash kit and serial module but havent done this reset for nearly a decade! The instructions are no longer legible. Ive contacted carrier who no longer support due to obsolesence. Does anyone here have any info on the process??

Most here probably replace it 

Yep, I'd replace the controls.
