I'm a retired engineer and have installed and upgraded my own alarms for decades. But this panel is challenging. 

Part set B button displays same title as part set C  even though B has its own in installer mode.

Hoping not to have to do a factory reset. Any ideas ?

Sorry don't use the stuff. 

Is it part set or groups. Code and keypad permitted to arm b?

Is an ion 40 or something?

Also it's only one installer mode , with options for a b c d setting options 

A usually full set

Others are part set 

 

I think keypad will only show those names as you set and the online app feature will show the name you have to it 

 

Unless you have changed the settings for what the other keys do it might be why it's showing the same , 

 

You have manual?
