David2749
I've just installed a replacement for my old alarm system. It's a veritas excel controller, with a display read unit and a pyronix bell box. Problem I have is even before I start or attempt to program this set up, after powering the system I've noticed the strobe is on all the time. I've powered powered down but cant clear this fault. Please help. Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/45063-veritas-excel/ Share on other sites

David2749
I've just installed a veritas excel alarm with pyronix bell box. No matter how much I tried I couldn't stop getting a tamper fault alarm coming up. I double checked the wiring both ends making sure they were correct. When I disconnected the bell box fault went away, so can only assume faulty box, yet it worked on the old system i removed as i check this first. Any suggestions Cheers Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/45063-veritas-excel/#findComment-514666 Share on other sites
