DSC Power 832 with trouble light

Featured Replies

I have DSC Power 832 with trouble light on a door contact sensor (DEOL). I did replace the contact and tested wires back to the panel and swapped them for spare pair. No joy.  Setting the zone to Null  removes the trouble light.

I would be grateful for any suggestions

id use one of the resitors to prove the panel and cable. You say you have replaced it, are the resistor values correct?

Thank you James

Both of them are 5.6k ( I did test them with a meter)

By proving the panel do you mean stick a resistor straight on the panel without the cable?

I always thought the trouble light indicated, moonlight,  love & romance ?
