6720nick Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 Hi guys diy installer here. Just installed texecom 64w with comgsm unit. Mostly gone well but I’m about to admit defeat. I’ve seen similar posts to this but other people’s fixes don’t seem to have helped. text commands to alarm all work fine, I can set/unset etc. Alarm will text me when I set or enter engineers mode etc but it won’t text when it’s activated. Trying to do this without wintex, just using keypad. Any help massively appreciated. Can answer questions about current settings etc if needed. sixwheeledbeast Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 It could be aborting if you silence quickly. Are "Reports" setup for the correct alarm types and for the correct Area? sixwheeledbeast Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 Pretty sure Comms Delay is default 0, best to check that for your Area (assume A if it's basic).
