Hi I got i-on Alarm and I got on screen says “SRN01 low battery “ so what battery need to be replace by the way I just changed outside one last month thanks in advance.

Where did you get new battery ? Or you haven't reset it , perhaps tamper is still open or something if battery is good

Should reset after engineer reset.

 

As above suspect you've been sold duff battery - or possibly corroded / loose plug connection.
